Wonderful staff Grateful for a late check-out whilst I waited for word in a family member having surgery at St Vincent's. EXCELLENT location, next door to Kings Cross station, 5min walk to multiple cafe's and restaurants and 10min walk up to St Vincent's Hospital. The only thing that ket them down was the outdated A/C, whilst it's winter I do like a come room to sleep in and I couldn't get the A/C to work and the other thing was the pillows were AWFUL - the 'firm' pillows were just as soft as the 'soft' ones. As a diamond member this hotel is great value with a great location right next to kings cross station. Heaps of food options a short walk away. The city side rooms are functional and well appointed. We had a great stay at this property, The check-in was fast and easy and friendly staff. The rooms were very good - clean. The bathrooms were good too. The breakfast was fine but definitely could add more variety in the fruit section, Overall it was good. Also it was very convenient to commute as the Kings Cross train station was right next to the hotel We stayed for 4 nights and definitely worth the price. Although I would like to mention 2 things - 1. No drinking water bottles in the room, maybe it's like that in all of Australia but from where I come from its common to have water bottles kept in the room. 2.
